Claims Reporting

Please see below a list of Insurance Carriers and how you should go about reporting your claim depending upon the carrier. Please do not hesitate to contact our office at (603) 382-4600 at any time during the claims process.

Acadia Insurance

Please report claims to our office. If you have a “Serious Claim” outside of our office hours, you can report it to Acadia’s Serious Loss Claims Line at (800) 691-4966. This number is for “Serious Claims” only. A Serious Claim is any event that involves a death, a severe injury such as a loss of a limb, a fuel spill, or property damage that impacts the operation of your business.

Central Insurance Companies

Contact our office during normal office hours or you can call Central Insurance directly at (888) 263-2924 Monday through Friday 8am – 7pm. After office hours and weekends, claims can be reported to Central Insurance at (877) 346-0300.

For Glass Claims, please call Central's glass network at (866) 410-4753 or (800) 988-9808. Both numbers will have someone available 24 hours a day.

For all Workers' Comp claims, please contact Guard immediately at (888) 639-2567. Be sure to have the employer's tax identification and policy number, as well as the employee's social security, personnel file, and any accident reports. Whenever possible, both the employer ( or a designated representative) and the employee should call jointly.
